The Restoration Process

Step-by-step craftsmanship: transforming worn structures into finished masterpieces

Stretching heavy-duty jute webbing across the seat, sewing and hand-lashing traditional steel coil springs with eight-way knots for perfect support.

Step 03 Building Up the Stuffing

Applying thick, comfortable layers of traditional coir fiber, horsehair, and cotton felt, hand-shaped and stitched with hessian canvas.

Step 04 Final Fabric & Detailing

Final Fabric & Detailing

Meticulously cutting and hand-stretching the final premium fabric, aligning patterns, and adding piping or studs for an elegant, bespoke finish.
